Dr. Hundley began her counseling career in 2017, working in grief and trauma, supporting survivors of suicide loss, homicide loss, sexual trauma, and hate crimes. Rather than feeling overwhelmed, she found herself uniquely prepared to serve; as a survivor of gun violence, family violence, and sexual trauma herself who has been dedicated to her own recovery since 2003. During this early work, sexual trauma quickly became one of her core clinical passions.
This commitment to sexual trauma survivors naturally evolved into a deeper desire to specialize in sex therapy. As an AASECT Board Certified Sex Therapist and Doctor of Clinical Sexology, Dr. Hundley brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and grounded compassion. She understands the lasting impact of trauma and the courage it takes to seek healing, and she meets clients with an affirming, inclusive, and consent-centered approach.
Dr. Hundley offers sex therapy for individuals and couples navigating sexual concerns including sexual trauma, pain, erectile dysfunction, anorgasmia, orientation and identity questions, porn use, and relationship issues as well mental counseling for individuals, couples, and families working through grief, chronic illness, and more. Her work focuses on helping clients reclaim pleasure, identity, connection, and wholeness in their intimate lives.

Welcome Jacque Louis!
This energetic almost 2 year old kitten has proven that he has lessons to teach us about balancing play and rest, how best to *pounce* on negative self-talk and how it's okay to be feisty about one's boundaries!
JL was also awarded a PurrHD in the Fall of 2025 after supporting Dr. Hundley through the end of her PhD pursuits.
Jacque Louis was adopted into his furever home on 9.27.24 (more photos below)

In many of my virtual sessions, Layla could be seen and heard! Her therapeutic timing was unmatched. She knew just when to interject a comforting purr or a meow of confirmation or opinion. This is why she is our unofficial therapy cat or "therapurrist", forever and always.
Layla Lou was also awarded a PurrHD, posthumously, in the Fall of 2025 after supporting Dr. Hundley through the beginning of her PhD pursuits.
Rest in purreace, Layla Lou. 1.27.24
